Students Requesting High School Transcripts

If you are a former student and need to request your official high school transcript for college/university applications, employment, ID or benefits purposes, please email hopkins@hadleyschools.org

We will need the following information:

How many official transcripts do you need?

Will you pick up in person (please call to schedule 413-584-1106), or are we submitting to college/university on your behalf? (Many colleges and universities are accepting emails at this time)

Which colleges or universities would you like us to submit to?

Agencies Requesting High School Graduation Verifications

If you are a representative or a graduation verification agency and need to request a graduation verification for a former student that attended any US based high school, please call the main office at (413)584-1106.
