Preschool Enrollment 2024-2025

The Hadley Early Childhood Program will begin enrolling students for the 2024-2025 school year on Monday, April 8 until Friday, April 12. Interested families can print the forms below, fill them out and drop them off along with the supporting documents to the Hadley Elementary School Main Office between the hours of 9am-3:30pm. Children wishing to enroll after April 12 will be placed on a first come first served basis. We do not accept applications via email or fax.
