(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hadleyschools.org\/health-services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to\u00a0visit our Health Services webpage for more information about immunization requirements.<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Current Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 documents,<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>if applicable<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Proof of Physical Custody,<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>if applicable<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span><strong>These enrollment requirements include resident students currently enrolled in Hadley Preschool who will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you are a potential school choice family, please complete the school choice application and return to our central office. Please call our office at (413) 584-5011. For children enrolled in Hadley Preschool &#8211; Students &#8220;stepping up&#8221; to kindergarten will visit the class during the school day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kindergarten Email \u2013 mid-August 2025<\/strong><br \/>You will receive an email notifying you about your child\u2019s teacher, the times for bus pick up, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trial Bus Run \u2013\u00a0 August 26, 2025<\/strong><br \/>On one of the days before the first day of school, kindergarten students will be picked up and brought to school for about 30\u00a0minutes and then returned home.\u00a0\u00a0 This bus run will give kindergarten students a chance to become familiar with the school bus, the bus drivers, and the bus route before they ride with the older students. Our bus coordinator will contact you directly with information about trial bus run late-August.<\/p>\n<p><strong>First Day of School \u2013 Wednesday, August 27, 2025\u00a0<\/strong>for all students in Grades K-6.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Please note that the first week of school for Kindergarten\u00a0will half day dismissal @11:15 am. Screening appointments will be held in the afternoon.
