Students are also learning about famous fashion designers and creating power-point presentations.

Foods & Nutrition students are hard at work cooking and baking their recipes. They are learning proper measuring and mixing techniques, sanitation and storage procedures and how to work with group members. Our next project will be studying the differnet regions of the United States and then making food from each region.

FCS - Middle School - Middle School students are working hard on their sewing projects. They have learned about the parts of the sewing machine and how to sew on paper designs.

Students in the Living On Your Own class are researching buying a car within a budget, maintenance costs and are planning an educational 2 week vacation.

FCS - 9-12 This 45 minute class is offered at the end of the day. Students have been preparing recipes they had chosen earlier in the year. They will be starting a new research project related to the regions of the United States.
