Each of my classes are taught in the TPRS (teaching proficiency through reading and storytelling) format.
Spanish I students are working on "Pobre Ana" booklets, highlighting each chapter with a drawing and a summary.
Spanish II, III, IV students have begun the process of writing a class novel. This will be a work in progress over the next few quarters.
We are in the middle of an immigration exchange! Parents should have received letters with explanations.
The week before February vacation, we will be preparing and planning our marketplaces. Thursday and Friday the students will set up marketplaces. Then students and faculty will have the opportunity to barter for products. All money will go to a Haiti relief fund.
