Welcome to the first edition of The Phys. Ed. Times!  It is my hope to send this newsletter out to you 2-3 times per year.  My goal is to inform you of all the great things happening in physical education at Hadley Elementary School.  I will also be including  helpful hints on maintaining a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.  For example, this issue will focus on nutrition. 
So what is physical education ?  Today's physical education classroom involves the physical, mental, and emotional development of your child.  I try to provide experiences that encourage children to question, integrate, analyze, communicate, apply academic concepts, and gain a wide multi-cultural view of the world through doing and understanding physical activity in many forms.  Most importantly, however, I try to provide dynamic and rewarding opportuni
